He might read them a story or sneak in a silly joke (he's good like that!) and I'll be capturing every giggle, every wide-eyed look, and every sweet expression as it happens naturally.
Through a mix of candid interactions and a few classic santa portraits, you'll end up with a gallery full of real joy, not stiff smiles. All you have to do is sit back, soak in the moment, and let the magic unfold.

When do Santa Experience sessions take place?
Sessions are held each November at a private studio in the Minneapolis area. Spots are limited and typically fill up fast. Joining the waitlist is the best way to make sure you don't miss out!
HOW LONG is our time with santa?
Each session is 10 minutes from your scheduled start time. Please arrive a dressed and ready a few minutes early so you get every second of your time with him!
Can I be in the photos, or is it just for the kids?
Sessions are focused on the kids — that's where the real magic happens! That said, if your little one needs you nearby to feel safe and comfortable with Santa, that's completely okay. If your child has special needs, just note that on your client questionnaire and we'll make sure everything is set up for a great experience.

Do I have to book a separate time slot for each of my children?
Not at all! One session covers all of your kids. However, if you have more than four children, I'd recommend booking two back-to-back slots to make sure everyone gets plenty of time with Santa. 20 minutes total goes a long way!
DOES SANTA HAVE A REAL BEARD? IS HE A PROFESSIONAL?
Yes and yes! Our Santa has years of experience working with children and a real beard to match. He loves what he does, and he'll tell you this private setting is his favorite kind of event to be part of. Some might even say it's his first stop of the season.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?
Anything festive and comfortable works! Some families come in classic holiday pajamas, others go for a more dressed-up look. Both are absolutely beautiful. If you're on the hunt for holiday jammies, Burt's Bees Baby, Little Sleepies, and Hanna Andersson are all great options!
WHAT IF MY CHILD or doesn't want to sit with santa?
It happens, and it's totally okay! Santa is experienced, patient, and great at helping little ones feel comfortable at their own pace. We have a few tricks up our sleeve to get some genuine smiles and sweet moments even from the most skeptical kids. And honestly? Even the tearful ones make for photos you'll laugh about and love forever.

The Santa Experience is held at a private studio in the Minneapolis area, and I welcome families from all across the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs, including Lakeville, Eagan, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Chanhassen, Prior Lake, Rosemount, Savage, and beyond. You'll receive a full online gallery of high-resolution, downloadable images — not just a handful of shots. The exact number varies by session, but you'll have plenty to choose from!
How and when will we receive our photos?
Your online gallery will be delivered via email within three weeks of your session. From there you can download, share, and order prints directly — all shipped straight to your door.
