Rachel & Mark’s elegant red & grey wedding took place on a perfect Minnesota fall day. We prepared for the crispness of fall but turned out the temperature was perfect! We spent the morning with the wedding party at the bride’s home, gathering in the kitchen for morning coffee surrounded by the laughter of those Rachel & Mark hold closest to them.

The bride’s home proved to be the perfect location for portraits! The fall colors were still hanging on even though it was well passed their prime. It’s always special when we are able to capture memories for couples in locations that hold meaning to them.

Oh man did we have fun with this group! The wedding party was definitely up for lots of laughs and the whole day was lighthearted and fun. Between the ceremony and reception we brought Rachel & Mark to a nearby park for some golden sunset photos. We LOVE capturing that special time right after our couples have said “I do!” They are finally husband and wife and it’s a joy like no other!
