Sally and Danny are one of the most fun couples we know! They are easy-going, genuine and absolutely love to laugh! We had so much fun at their Betty Danger’s engagement session earlier this summer and we knew we were going to have a blast with them on their wedding day!

This was our first time shooting at the Minneapolis Event Center in the St. Anthony Main area of Minneapolis and we loved every minute of it! This historic space built in 1858 features beautifully aged wood, textured wall patterns and open brick Brownstone, the MEC is such a versatile space that can accommodate any type of wedding! Not only that, but there are so many options when it comes to portrait locations! The surrounding area is gorgeous and we were just minuted from the Mississippi River.

Sally is so creative and made just about everything for their wedding. She created the artwork for the invitation suite, programs and menus, Papier-mâchéd Batgirl comics to her wedding shoes and even created a custom card box with their engagement photos! Oh, and did we mention she folded over 2,000 paper cranes for their ceremony backdrop?!

There was so much color and life in this wedding! We had so much fun with not only the bride and groom but also their wedding party and family. We felt like we were one of them! Sally and Danny, thank you so much for including us in your special day! We could not have asked for a better #ypbride and #ypgroom! Spending time with you (and Bumi) is so much fun and we are excited for all the fun times ahead!
