Hi friends! You are in for a treat today! Before Sally and Danny’s Betty Danger’s Country Club engagement session neither of us had ever been — and we have no idea why! This place was so much fun and really brought out the silly sides in all of us! We are even more excited for their Minneapolis Event Center wedding next month!

In case you’re like us, we should probably tell you a little about this charming location. Betty Danger’s Country Club is actually a restaurant/bar (membership not required) located in the Northeast Arts District of Minneapolis. Betty Danger’s features a “mechanical tree” (also known as a ferris wheel) where guests can dine while rotating around. Ashley was slightly nervous to try out the mechanical tree, being as she is super afraid of heights, but she felt secure and safe in the little green car.

We started the session with a round of mini golf! We LOVE mini golf. What made it even more fun were all the silly animals at each hole with clever signs posted to remind guest not to “ride” the animals. We are not sure who actually wont he game but we will just say Sally did. Ladies first.

Next, we rode the ferris wheel and we were all in separate cars. The way the ferris wheel rotated we would each have less than a minute to photograph before we could no longer see Sally and Danny so on each rotation we’d yell “See you next time!” At the end, Ashley got in the same car with Sally and Danny and at certain points had to lay down in the car so Troy couldn’t see her in his shot. Let’s just say this situation made for some really funny outtakes!

Sally and Danny, thank you for spending such an amazing morning with us! We had so much fun hanging out and exploring! We can’t wait to share your wedding day with you!!
