Let’s just start by saying, Historic Hope Glen Farm is one of our most favorite venues. From the restored 1860’s civil war barn, to the large pavilion, to the corn crib and outdoor ceremony area, our little photographer hearts are in heaven! There is so much history and charm everywhere you turn. Today we are going to share a wedding from our first wedding at Hope Glen! We have been lucky enough to shoot multiple weddings at this venue and just can’t wait for our next one!
Michelle and Michael’s rustic-vintage wedding was so full of amazing details, we had to pinch ourselves! Their wedding was even featured on Borrowed & Blue! The bride’s vintage lace gown that was re-designed for her at Andrea’s Vintage Bridal and was oh-so-gorgeous! The bouquets of succulents, dahlias and Queen Anne’s lace paired seamlessly with the succulent bouts. The succulents carried through into all the reception details and the lace runners down every table was the perfect touch. Each member of the wedding party received a mason jar bug complete with cute little handmade burlap tags made by the bride. We could go on forever!
Since Michelle and Michael are currently living their dream out in Seattle, we spent some time getting to know them on a little weekend trip out west! We explored the city together during their engagement session and had so much fun! We only wish they would we lived closer to each other!
Thank you so much you two, for inviting us into your lives! We’ve had a blast getting to know you and are so thankful for your love and support! We can’t wait to see you again — it definitely won’t be soon enough! Love you guys!!
