Today we have been married 3,653 days. As we woke up this morning, we hugged each other just a little bit tighter. With all the puppies snuggled up next to us, giving us their good morning kisses between sleepy stretches we couldn’t help but smile. For ten years we have been lucky enough to wake up beside one another and we have built this little family that is just ours. No matter how many things have changed over the last ten years, one thing has remained the same — we are each other’s very best friend.
These days being married for a decade means a lot more than it did in our parent’s generation. We wanted to recognize how important our marriage is and how far we’ve come together. This year our anniversary portraits needed to be something extra special. Once our Italy tripped was officially booked, we knew in our hearts this was the perfect place to take them.
We are so incredibly thankful for these photographs. On the day these were taken the forecast showed a one hundred percent chance of rain. But rain it did not. God knew what these portraits meant to us. Thanks to Amy & Jordan, we have the most amazing portraits from the Tuscan countryside. One day, we hope to share them with our grandchildren as we tell them what a gift it is to marry the person you were meant to be with. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts Amy & Jordan. We love these portraits more than words can say.
